== Usage ==
This template is intended to be placed at the top of [[Wikipedia:Biographies|biographical articles]] that are missing relevant biographical information about the subject of the article.

This template adds the article to [[:Category:Biographies with insufficient biographical information]]. This allows editors who keep an eye on biographies to quickly find articles in need of attention.

To use this template, add <code><nowiki>{{Cleanup biography|date=</nowiki>{{CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{CURRENTYEAR}}<nowiki>}}</nowiki></code> at the top of biographical articles that require additional biographical information. (The {{para|date}} parameter is optional.)
